Welcome to Race Auto Cave, operated by TK Race Enterprise, LLC (“RAC”). By purchasing a membership, you (“Member”) agree to the following terms and conditions:
Membership begins on the selected start date and includes a six-month minimum commitment. After the initial term, memberships renew on a month-to-month basis. A 30-day notice is required for cancellation.
One-time initiation fee: $299
Base membership: $199/month
Optional Add-ons:
Golf Simulator Access: +$50/month
Racing Simulator Access: +$50/month
Both Simulators: +$95/month
Cleaning Bay Access: +$50/month
Sales tax (5.5%) and credit card processing fee (3%) apply. Late fees of $25/week may be charged for overdue payments. RAC reserves the right to suspend access or terminate membership for non-payment.
Base membership includes access to:
Lounge and bar
Pool table
Pac-Man arcade game
Sonos sound system
Espresso machine
Add-ons provide access to golf simulators, race simulators, and a wash/detail bay (as scheduled on the website). Memberships do not include equity or ownership in Race Auto Cave.

Fri–Sat: 9am – 12am
Sun: 9am – 10pm
Biometric fingerprint scanners are used for secure entry.
Members may bring 1 free guest per visit. Up to 3 additional guests are permitted for $25/day each. Members must accompany guests at all times. Guests must sign a liability waiver before entry.
Members are expected to clean up after use. Trash must be disposed of properly, and dishes placed in the dishwasher. Supplies are stored under the stairs.
RAC reserves the right to deny access or terminate membership for violations of facility rules, misconduct, or failure to respect staff and fellow members.
Golf and Racing simulators, as well as the detailing bay, must be booked via the website.
Golf: 2-hour daily limit (unlimited use if no reservations follow)
Racing: 1-hour daily limit (unlimited use if no reservations follow)
Detailing: 1x weekly 2-hour slot
Use is based on an honor system. Members must be respectful of time and others’ access.
The facility is available for private events. Contact Troy Deats for scheduling.
$275/hr (1–30 guests)
$350/hr (31–60 guests)
$425/hr (61–90 guests)
$1,500 minimum applies on select weekends
The facility is monitored by 24/7 interior and exterior surveillance cameras.
Members may cancel after the initial six months with 30 days’ notice. RAC may terminate or suspend access at any time for rule violations or delinquent payments.
All members and their guests assume risk when using the facility. RAC and its affiliates are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage. By accepting membership, the Member agrees to indemnify and hold RAC harmless from all liabilities.
RAC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability will not exceed one year’s worth of membership fees paid by the Member.
This agreement is governed by the laws of Nebraska. Any disputes shall be resolved in courts located in Douglas County, NE.
Memberships are non-transferable
Terms may be updated by RAC at any time without prior notice
Rules and regulations posted in the facility or online are binding
Force Majeure applies in the event of uncontrollable disruptions
